36. Mid-Year Check In (Well almost)

This is for all my Mamas out there who need a little pep talk.  We're more than halfway through the year, but we are not done yet.  So if you think you are way behind on your goals, I'm here to tell you that you are probably a lot closer than you think.  So the best way to see that is by doing a check-in.  I used a very valuable checklist at the beginning of 2023 to set my goals for the year.  I can tell that I had checked off a lot more than I thought and I'm very happy with my progress.  Hope this episode brings you some home.  We're not done yet Mamas!
